Shipping & returns
Orders are shipped to our clinic and can be picked up normally within 2-3 business days.
No returns on any refrigerated or expired products.
Product can only be returned 1 month prior to the expiry date.
All product returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as per clinic policy.
